 General

This outdoor oil type voltage transformer is used in 15kV, 17.5kV, 20kV, 22kV and 24kV power system, for measuring and protection. Phase to grounding voltage transformer with R3 of primary system voltage.
It has been used in outdoor pole mounted and transmission line.

Both phase to phase voltage transformer and phase to grounding voltage transformer are made from high quality transformer oil, high quality CRGO core for metering and protection, primary and secondary use pure electrolytic copper, both winding and core have shielding processing.

Standard
All UNISUN Electric instrument transformers are in conformity with IEC standards, and recommendations IEC 61869. Transformers in conformity with specific country standards can also be supplied. (IEEE C57.13, NBR6855).

PT Core

 

Imported silicon steel sheet made of PT core, high quality insulation tape, high quality compression sponge, to ensure that resin shrinkage does not affect the performance of PT core, secondary use of high purity enameled wire.  

Primary winding of PT

 

Mechanized winding secondary winding, all wire uses high purity copper enameled wire, each layer uses high quality insulating paper, to ensure that the layer withstand voltage qualified, to ensure the stability of partial discharge test.

Excellent outdoor weather resistance

* Suitable for harsh outdoor environments such as coastal areas, highly polluted locations and areas with significant temperature fluctuations; it is standard equipment for open-air substations.

Good heat dissipation and low temperature rise

* Natural convection or forced oil circulation in the insulating oil dissipates heat from the windings and core;

“Compared to dry-type transformers of the same capacity, temperature rise is easier to control and the rate of insulation ageing is relatively slower.

Long service life and maintainable

* Chromatography and DGA analysis can be performed on oil samples to detect latent faults such as internal discharges and overheating at an early stage;
* Where necessary, oil can be filtered, replaced or the unit serviced to extend its service life.

High load-carrying capacity

* Oil-immersed PTs can provide a higher rated output capacity;

* They can simultaneously supply power to multiple meters, protection devices, synchronising devices, waveform recorders and other equipment.
